Red Dragon Roll
Description: Inside: Sushi rice, imitation crab meat with mayonnaise, avocado and cucumber. Outside: Spicy minced tuna.
White Dragon Roll
Description: Inside: Sushi rice, imitation crab stick, cream cheese, avocado and cucumber. Outside: Crab meat.
Orange Dragon Roll
Description: Inside: Sushi rice, imitation crab meat with mayonnaise, avocado and cucumber. Outside: Spicy minced salmon.
Nigiri Sushi
Description: Sushi rice topped with either salmon, tuna, whitefish, prawns or BBQ eel.
Spicy Mango Roll
Description: A sushi rice roll that blends mango, cream cheese, avocado and sriracha (spicy) sauce.
Red Rock
Description: An artisan sushi roll filled with imitation crab, cream cheese, and minced tuna with spicy sauce. It's topped with a spicy mayonnaise sauce, green onion, flakes of tempura, and a crown of chopped salmon.
California Roll
Description: The classic inside-out sushi roll you know and love. Imitation crab, avocado, cucumber, and mayonnaise on the inside; sushi rice on the outside.
California Wrap
Description: Wrapped in lettuce instead of rice, same filling as a California roll.
Ultimate Chili Roll
Description: A California roll covered with assorted types of fish (tuna, salmon, tilapia, prawn), a spicy garlic sauce, and diced jalapeno peppers.
Rainbow Roll
Description: A California Roll covered with an assortment of fish (tuna, salmon, tilapia, prawn).
Seaside Roll
Description: A simple roll of sushi rice filled with tuna, salmon, baby shrimp or imitation crab.
Tempura Shrimp Roll
Description: Inside: Sushi Rice, Seaweed, Avocado, Cucumber, Tempura Shrimp. Outside: Crunchy Onion.
Crunchy Dragon Roll
Description: California Roll base with spicy tuna, spicy salmon, or imitation crab meat mix, tempura crispy and cream cheese.
Crunchy Roll
Description: California Roll base with Crunchy Onion on top.
