Can I make substitutions or request dietary accommodations for menu items?
If you have specific substitution requests or dietary requirements, please contact our Online Specialty Ordering Team at 1-866-948-0196. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How much notice is required to place an order?
We recommend placing your order with the following notice:
Minimum: 48 hours in advance
Maximum: Up to 4 weeks ahead
Pick-up hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
How can I change or cancel my order after it's been placed?
To modify or cancel your order, please contact the Online Specialty Ordering Team or the store listed in your confirmation email at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled pick-up or delivery time.
Can I add grocery items to my tray order?
In addition to trays from our Deli, Bakery, Seafood, and Sushi departments, you may request related grocery items such as beverages, produce trays, crackers, and dips in the order notes. If the store is unable to fulfill your request, a team member will contact you directly.
How do I pay for my order?
Payment is processed in-store at the time of pick-up. We accept credit cards, debit, cash, and gift cards.
Is delivery available for my order?
Our Reserve & Pickup service is designed for in-store customer pickup only. If you would prefer delivery, please contact our Online specialty ordering team to schedule.
Please note: Delivery availability is limited to each store's local delivery area. An additional fee applies for delivery.
Can I collect SCENE+ points with my tray order?
Simply enter your SCENE+ card number when prompted at checkout. Any applicable points offers will be automatically applied to your order.
Can I bring my own serving tray for the platter preparation?
For food safety reasons, we are unable to prepare platters on customer-provided serving trays.
