Substitutions and other modifications to your order

I/one of my guests have food allergies. Do you guarantee no Seafood or Peanuts?

We cannot guarantee any of our trays are allergen-free because they are prepared in an area that also handles nuts, seafood, and other allergens.

Can I make my platter gluten free?

For trays containing bread products, sorry we do not offer gluten free bread, wraps or pastries at this time. We may be able to substitute gluten free deli meat at an additional cost, depending on availability. Please call our Customer Care Team to make this request.

I want to make a substitution or have another special request, what do I do?

For simple substitutions such as "replace all ham with turkey" or "only whole wheat bread", just add your special request to the customer order notes section before you check-out. We'll contact you if we have any questions.

I need to add a few grocery items to my order, how do I do that?

Need extra tortilla chips for your 7-layer dip? Need a couple bags of ice for your beverages? Request the item in your order notes and we'll have them waiting with your order when you come to pick it up.


Payment and Ordering

How do I pay for my platters?

Payment is accepted in-store when you pick up your trays or gift-baskets.

How long does it take to process my order?

Your online platter or gift-basket order can be picked up in-store 3 days after the day you place your order. For example, if you place your order on Monday, the earliest we will have your order ready for you is by is 8am on Thursday. Orders can also be ordered up to three weeks in advance.

Is it possible to order platters/gift baskets for tomorrow?

If you require your order in less than 48hrs, please call our Customer Care Team and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I get my platters/gift baskets delivered?

Our reserve and pickup service is designed for in-store customer pickup only. If you would like to have your order delivered, please call our Customer Care Team and we can schedule delivery. Please note there is an additional service fee for delivery, and delivery is limited to each store's local delivery area.

Is there an additional cost for using the reserve and pickup service?

No, this is a free service!


SCENE+ Points Rewards Program

Can I collect SCENE+ Points when I use the reserve and pickup service?

Absolutely! Just enter your SCENE+ card number when prompted at the checkout page, and available points offers will be applied.

Where do I find my SCENE+ Points Card number?

On the back of your SCENE+ card, you'll see a series of numbers. Those 16 digits, which should start with "6046..." are your SCENE+ Points Card number.

Why do you need my contact information, I'm just picking my order up in-store?

Occasionally we may be required to substitute certain products, or we may be unable to accommodate special requests. If that's the case we may need to chat with you. We promise we won't contact you unless it's really important!

Do you take back the empty serving trays?

We do not need them back; however they can be recycled with your curbside pickup.

Can I bring in my own serving tray and have the platter prepared on it?

For food safety reasons, we cannot prepare your platters on your own serving tray.
